At Happyhounds Online Shop we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. Should any product purchased from Happyhounds Online Shop be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the Happyhounds Online Shop website then we will be pleased to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.  All returns must be notified to Happyhounds.ie within 14 days of delivery of the product. In the instance of a customer purchasing an item from Happyhounds online shop, mistakenly and through no fault of Happyhounds Online Shop, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided the original item is returned to Happyhounds.ie unused and in a resaleable condition. In cases where the customer is unwilling or unable to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Happyhounds.ie reserves the right to charge a collection fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.  In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of outward carriage. This does not affect your rights as a statutory customer. Payment Conditions   All Credit Card payments are made via Paypals Secure Socket Layer (SSL) website for your Credit Card Protection or by cheque or bankers draft. Note:- We can only accept payment by cheque or bankers draft for orders greater than €100.00 euros. Tax Charges:-     For orders purchased in Ireland 21% VAT is added.
